Assortment & Buying Planner

Join our Purchase Team and be part of our exciting journey to become one of Europe’s leading fashion brands. We are looking for an Assortment & Buying Planner to join us at our headquarters in Varberg—a key position where you will help build and optimize a high-performing assortment across multiple markets and channels.

In this role, you will work with strategic planning and purchasing of products from our collections. By selecting the right items and carefully planning volumes based on sales performance, stock levels, and market demand, you will ensure our product offering remains relevant, competitive, and commercially successful.

You will collaborate closely with your team, the broader Supply Chain department, as well as Design and Marketing teams, to develop a well-balanced assortment across categories including women’s and men’s shoes and accessories. Combining your passion for fashion with a sharp analytical mindset, you will leverage product insights and data to make informed, forward-looking decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong interest in footwear, fashion, and product dynamics
  • Experience in a similar role such as buying or product planning
  • A structured, analytical mindset coupled with commercial drive
  • Confidence working with business systems (experience with Navision or Qlik Sense is a plus) and strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English, our corporate language
