Qlik Sense Consultant - Business Intelligence

Freelance / Part-time

Remote / Option to work onsite in Varberg, Sweden

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Qlik Sense Consultant to join us on our journey toward becoming one of Europe’s strongest fashion brands. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our data-driven decision-making by designing and developing dashboards and business reports that bring clarity, insights, and impact to core areas of our business.

You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and more—helping translate business needs into actionable data and intuitive dashboards that support smarter decisions and stronger performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing dashboards and reports in Qlik Sense
  • Translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable BI solutions
  • Visualizing insights in an intuitive, user-friendly format tailored to each team
  • Integrating data from multiple sources, including ERP, logistics, e-commerce, and finance systems
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Business Control, E-com, Supply Chain, and IT
  • Supporting typical reporting areas such as:
    • Sales: performance, margins, campaign tracking
    • Purchasing: supplier analytics, forecasting, order tracking
    • Logistics: lead times, stock turnover, delivery flows
    • Finance: revenue/cost analysis, budget follow-up

We believe you have:

  • Proven experience with Qlik Sense: data modeling, scripting, and visualization
  • A strong understanding of business processes—ideally in retail, e-commerce, or logistics
  • The ability to turn complex data into actionable and visual insights
  • A good sense for UX/UI design—you create dashboards that are both functional and easy to use
  • Experience working with data from multiple systems (ERP, e-com, logistics, finance)
  • A structured, communicative, and proactive mindset—you make things happen
