We are looking for a part-time Visual Merchandiser to join us on our journey toward becoming one of Europe’s strongest fashion brands. 

In this role, you will support the Sales Department by bringing our brand expression to life in physical store environments, ensuring visual consistency with Vagabond’s seasonal messaging and guidelines. You will be responsible for creating inspiring, on-brand product displays—primarily in shop-in-shops and other retail locations—using display materials provided by our head office in Varberg.

We are primarily looking for candidates based in Malmö, Jönköping City, or Uppsala, but for the right person, another location could also be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining visual displays in line with brand guidelines
• Working with store teams to ensure consistent and high-quality visual presentation
• Collaborating with the local Sales Manager and our Retail Concept Developer
• Supporting seasonal campaigns and product launches

Your profile:

• A strong sense of fashion
• Experience working in a fashion retail environment
• A good eye for visual merchandising and display
• Previous experience with footwear or apparel merchandising (a plus)
• Creative, hands-on, and comfortable working independently
• Fluent in English, our corporate language

About the role:

• Hourly position, approx. 5 hours/week
• Main workdays: Thursday to Saturday
• Reporting to the Retail Manager
• Location: Preferably based in Malmö, Jönköping City, or Uppsala—but we are open to other locations for the right candidate
