Welcome to our design team and our journey towards building one of Europe’s strongest fashion brands. You will join a creative team with genuine design and production skills, responsible for all steps, from global trends insight to knowledge of how to pattern and craft quality shoes and accessories featuring long-lasting style for a sustainable way of life.

As our Designer, you will work with the design and development of our collections, including shoes, bags, and apparel. You’ll develop and cultivate collection categories and design models, closely supported by a team of technicians with unique knowledge about shoemaking and a one-of-a-kind full-scale prototype workshop.

You will report to and work closely with our Head of Design, with the joint mission of linking future consumer needs, design, and trends with our archives and the brand's DNA.

Specific qualifications for this role

• Relevant background and experience in fashion product design, preferably footwear.
• Strong conceptual and creative skills.
• Strong passion for style and overall looks & silhouettes.

This is a one-year fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension. It will be placed onsite at the headquarters in Varberg, a few minutes’ walk from the train station.
