You will be a part of our Online Department and our journey towards building one of Europe’s strongest fashion brands. As our CRM Coordinator, you will contribute to the mission of presenting our products directly to end customers globally. Our Online Department consists of more than 20 dedicated co-workers in the heart of the global head office.

Your role is managing and overviewing interactions with existing and potential customers. You will outline and fine-tune the customer journey: before, during and after sales.

Tasks
• Optimization, development & analysis of customer journeys via our CRM system

• Ongoing follow-up and analysis of CRM work

• Develop our marketing automation

• Identify valuable customer segments

• Coordinate activities in interaction with the marketing department

• Share and present knowledge and insights internally

Qualifications
You have relevant education from digital sales & marketing or retail experience, preferably from the fashion industry. You are accustomed to working in Klaviyo or similar and understand working with international markets and different languages, preferably in the fashion retail industry. You are fluent in Swedish and comfortable communicating in English.

The position is part-time and for a limited period of 3-6 months in the initial phase, starting as soon as possible.
